New Dorms!!!
Posted on November 18, 2012 by BrendaS in Uncategorized.Praise the Lord!! A donor has indicated their plan to contribute US$80,000 toward the cost of building new dorms for our boys and girls. We expect to receive those funds soon after the donor reviews our building plans. Thank you all who helped donate money and for all your prayers. The Lord is good. Yes, our patience has been tried many times, but we have been learning that God’s timing and plans are always the best.
As you can see below, we are already moving forward in faith. Here are some pictures:
All our boys lined up with hoes, hoeing the grass off the slope to prepare for excavation.
Some fill up wheelbarrows with grass and haul it away….

Others haul the grass away with a garden cart. What fun!

Excavation by our students and staff, began the next day.
The loose dirt is shoveled into buckets and wheelbarrows and dumped over the edge.
More digging and shoveling. I’m thankful for our hard working students. They will actually be building the dorms from ground up. Of course with supervision.
