Happy Birthday Dearest Sharon!

Sunday, 23rd we took Sharon for a surprise birthday trip, a day early. It was a 3 hour trip to a National Park that has the largest Krabak tree in Thailand. The diameter is a least 16 feet, circumference is over 50 feet and the height is about 160 feet!!! So enjoy the birthday jungle walk to the BIG tree!

When you are in a foreign country, you usually don’t have the ingredients it takes to make a birthday cake, so you just have to get creative and inventive. So we used raisin bread topped tapioca pudding!
